Please find hereafter the adapted protocol to replace the anti-rotation kit tubes of the Precellys 24. To do it you need 2 silicone tubes supplied by Bertin Technologies : - diameter 2x 6mm - length 35 mm;

Pulling strongly on the metallic spring can do dismantling of defective tubes. Warning : metallic spring will be re-used with the new silicone tubes.

Assemble the silicone tubes over 2/3 of the connector length. Fit together the first spring by :

-screwing the spring over the silicone tube with turning movement.

- then push it until it threads over the total connector length.

Thread the tubes recovered with the spring into the central connector while maintaining back the spring to thread first the silicone tube over the two thirds;of the connector length.

Then push the spring over the silicone tube until it fits well on the central connector.

Put on position the second silicone tube in the same way than for the first one.

Assemble the second spring in the same way than for the first one.

Terminate the operation by assembling the block tube-spring on the central connector in the same way than the first one.
